- Live now (Champion) — your product template as every visitor sees it today.
- AI version (Challenger) — Ultra, our most advanced model, writes an improved copy of that template. Every change is listed and reversible.
- Round — 80% of visitors see the live page, 20% see the AI version, for about 1,000 visitors.
- Winner picked — the version that produced more orders per visitor becomes your live page. Ultra writes the next challenger. It never stops unless you pause.
Each round uses about 250k AI Credits (≈ $11 at pack price). Tracking, the split and the winner math are free.
The winner rule
The AI version becomes your live page when: (1) both versions have at least 100 visits, (2) at least 9 in 10 odds say it produces more orders per visitor than the live page, (3) revenue per visitor is not clearly lower, (4) it is not measurably slower. Otherwise the live page keeps its place and Ultra tries a different idea.
If either version has fewer than 10 orders when the round ends, add-to-cart rate decides that round and the verdict says so. Odds are shown as "X in 100"; small rounds decide faster with less certainty. Ties keep the live page.
What Ultra may change
- Layout above the fold: order of blocks, spacing, image sizing.
- The add-to-cart button: color within your palette, size, a subtle shimmer, sticky on mobile.
- Headings and benefit copy, sourced from your description and reviews.
- Trust lines from your real policies: shipping, returns, guarantee.
- Price framing: savings shown as %, installment line. Never the price itself.
- Speed: image loading and sizing, fonts, deferred scripts.
Never: prices, discounts, checkout, legal text, removing add-to-cart, invented reviews or scarcity, third-party scripts, anything you lock.
AI Credits
One wallet, one unit. A round costs about 250k AI Credits: the winner math is free; the verdict, the lesson for the Playbook and Ultra writing the next challenger are the paid part. You see the estimate first and are charged the estimate, or actual usage if the job needs more. A failed job charges nothing. Plan credits refill on your billing date and do not roll over; packs last 30 days.
Safety and undo
Before any visitor sees an AI version it passes a safety check: the code parses, the page renders on mobile and desktop, add-to-cart works, no console errors, not slower. Before publishing, the live template is backed up in your theme (you see the file name) and the check runs again. Publishing is watched for 30 minutes; if sales collapse it rolls back by itself. Revert is one click, free, and takes effect on the next page load. The Original page is kept forever.
